• All prices and payments are through PayPal Invoice in USD.• All must make payments in HALF before I start the commission. So please be sure to have all the required funds for your commission, or the commission will be declined.• From now on, unpaid commissions won't be moved to the RECEIVED waiting list but to the UNPAID list. After payment, your queue position will transfer to the end of the line in the RECEIVED list.• No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions.• Maximum of 5 free revisions of SKETCHES process only until submitted (does not include lineart or coloring phase). Complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.

Deadline:
• If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can complete it.

• Commissions are for personal use
only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. However, you may pay to have exclusive design rights for commercial use and resale.
Commercial Fees:
• 2x price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers, etc., (e.g., emote costs: $40 → ($40 × 2) = total $80).• 3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: pillows, prints, keychains, etc., (e.g., emote costs: $40 → ($40 × 3) = total $120).If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions.
Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission or crediting me.• I reserve the right to decline or request the removal of any commission that I see fit or does not comply with my terms.I will most likely work on commissions live at twitch.tv/syufrea. I will always ask permission whether I can stream this process live. If you would like this private, please state prior!
